Who am I talking to?
Fair question before you send drawings to a stranger on the internet. Short answer: one machinist, and here's his name.

Owner · Got Chips LLC
Got Chips LLC is my shop — one machinist, two machines, and a bad habit of taking things apart to find out why they don't work.
Weekdays I'm at Tool Alliance, a cutting-tool manufacturer that's been making carbide tooling since 1972, where I work on the software and CAM behind how those tools get ground. Nights and weekends I'm on my own floor: a Fanuc Robodrill running the production work, and a Hitachi Seiki lathe I'm rebuilding from the control up after its original electronics gave out.
So when you send a drawing, you're talking to the person who will actually cut the part. No sales desk, no quoting robot — and if it's not a job I should be taking, I'll tell you that instead of quoting it anyway.
